Who may audition, and when?
Children in grades K-12 are eligible; a link to the signup list will be posted on the website and Facebook page prior to auditions for specific day and time slots.
How should we prepare?
- Young readers (K-2) should recite a poem.
- Older readers will read from the script (pages provided at auditions).
- All actors may be asked to demonstrate vocal range, movement capability, pretend to be a character, etc.
- Forms will be available online and in person to fill out.
- Bring a small photo for the director (not returned).
- No fees will be collected until a child is cast.
- Remember to have fun!
May I watch my child?
We ask that only auditioning children enter the room, both to prevent distractions and limit the fear factor of performing for an audience. Young actors unable to audition in this setting may need to wait before joining us on stage.
